Who We Are
The AEAI Team
AEAI’s organizational model provides expert, end‑to‑end oversight of aircraft delivery and operations. We coordinate manufacturing quality, flight operations, customer inspections, configuration management, regulatory compliance, engineering review, and contractual performance to ensure every element meets rigorous industry and customer standards. By integrating cross‑functional expertise, we mitigate technical and schedule risk, preserve configuration integrity, and verify airworthiness and contractual conformance prior to acceptance—safeguarding operational readiness and long‑term fleet performance.

Aircraft Operations
Our operations team has developed deep expertise in the rigorous, high‑tempo environment of wide‑body aircraft delivery. With hands‑on experience across the full delivery lifecycle—from line and tarmac operations through flight testing and program leadership—they provide practical, cross‑functional insight at every level. Focused on mitigating technical and schedule risk, preserving configuration integrity, and ensuring regulatory and contractual conformance, they act as trusted stewards of your program. Above all, they are dedicated to safeguarding your brand reputation by delivering aircraft to specification, on schedule, and ready for entry into service.

Engineering
We maintain on‑staff liaison engineering (Material Review Board) personnel who evaluate, and recommend acceptance or rejection of non‑conformances throughout the production cycle. Our engineers combine extensive delivery and flight‑test experience with deep technical knowledge across multiple aircraft platforms, delivering trusted, objective expertise to accelerate resolution, minimize rework, and support informed acquisition and acceptance decisions.

Contracts and Finance Aspect
Contractual compliance is a core element of the aircraft acceptance process. Our team includes specialists with extensive experience managing contractual obligations for both manufacturers and operators. They verify that all manufacturer deliverables — including documentation, warranties, remedial actions and specified equipment — are provided in full, protecting our clients’ contractual rights and enabling a smooth, compliant acceptance and handover.

Quality Control
Our quality team specializes in inspection within the aircraft manufacturing environment. We conduct detailed interior inspections to verify form, fit and function; manage customer closure activities for both interior and exterior items; review flight‑related discrepancies; and ensure all aircraft documentation complies with your regulatory authority’s requirements for new‑aircraft entry into service.
